Administrative Department for Tourism and Maritime Affairs

Administrative Department for Tourism and Maritime Affairs carries out administrative and professional activities in the field of tourism and maritime affairs, monitors the situation in the field of tourism and maritime affairs and prepares reports, professional backgrounds, proposals and drafts of documents from the scope of managing body in order to achieve a better and more balanced tourism and maritime development of the County.

It monitors, analyses and implements tourism development strategies.

It monitors, analyses and proposes maritime property management plans and strategies in the area of Split-Dalmatia County.

It proposes and professionally elaborates plans for the construction of facilities at the maritime property in the County, participates in the elaboration of the Spatial Plan of the County regarding maritime property and port infrastructure management.

It monitors the realization of budget revenues from its jurisdiction, takes measures to initiate compulsory billing.

It monitors and cooperates on the implementation of EU projects under the jurisdiction of the administrative department.
